not happy with vacasa
Could not get into unit. using keypad. Front desk told us not their problem, contact Vacasa. After several calls trying to change the lock codes, management finally let us in with a key (after standing in a hot hallway for at least 30 minutes). We were able to enter the room but could not leave because the lock still didn't work. After another phone call, we were told someone would contact us (never happened). My husband went to pick up dinner (we couldn't go together-couldn't lock the door) we called again. Finally, after 4 hrs. mgmt. brought up a key but said it was the only one they had (don't lose it). Never received a call from Vacasa to follow up on the issue one way or the other.
Property had not handicapped parking.
Found a mouse in our room our last night.
Not sure I would ever book thru Vacasa again.
