Well equipped, spacious and convenient lovation

This clean, renewed townhouse was exactly what we were looking for. Bunk beds worked great for a 17 and 9 yr old. Furniture, decorations and tv in MBR and LR were all new, with new flooring throughout. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner responded to questions quickly. Very convenient location. We walked to the beach, Ate at walkable restaurants and enjoyed the small fenced in back patio. Neighbors were nice! Really enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

This was our second stay. Great neighborhood, house is lovely as described. Definitely could use some cosmetic updates, but nothing that hindered our stay. Love the convenience to everything, the back patio is great and super quiet. We’ll be back!

Great place!

This house was perfect for our family. The location and the neighborhood are great. We really enjoyed the patio space, and the access to the pool was a huge bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will absolutely be back!

A great place for families

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was spacious and as advertised, in a quiet neighborhood. It is also about 10 minutes walk from the beach. We enjoyed our time at the swimming pool too. It was just us most of the time. We will definitely come back!

Quiet family location

We really enjoyed the location of this home. It was quiet and peaceful. My grandkids loved playing in the pool. We walked to the beach on the first day, but ended up driving toward the Green Turtle & parking along the street. It was a very nice place for my kids & grandkids. Thank you for sharing your home.

Nice Townhome in great neighborhood

Our stay was wonderful. The property was just as described and in a very nice neighborhood. The townhome was clean and the kitchen was supplied with all the essential amenities. When we had a small problem with the refrigerator, Mike replied quickly and scheduled a service promptly. We loved it here and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. There is plenty to do and many restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was just perfect it had everything you need and plenty of room!!! Walking distance to a beautiful beach walking to restaurants grocery store etc. the only thing we really had to drive to was the board walk!!! Pool was good as well. I would stay again.

Family beach vacation

This beach home was perfect for my family. We were able to easily walk to the beach, drive to local stores for groceries and to the nearby beach attractions for the kids entertainment without having to be near the crowds. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

We were so blessed to find this beautiful vacation rental for our family! The pictures on the posting do not do justice to how incredible this condominium is! Our family consists of my husband and I, our two adult daughters, son-in-law and a 2 1/2-year-old. We have been coming to Ocean City every summer for my entire life because my grandmother lived in Fenwick Island. Since she has passed every year we keep having to find new places to stay as our family grows. The size of the home was perfect for our family! .Having two floors, 2 1/2 baths, A large family eat in kitchen, and private outdoor patio gave us so much room to spread out and relax. The location is absolutely perfect allowing easy access to go south towards the boardwalk or north towards Fenwick and elsewhere. The pool was absolutely incredible! After breakfast we would spend an hour or two down there soaking up the sun and enjoying getting our grandson comfortable with swimming. We would return to the condo for lunch and then afterwards we’d go have our adventures. We enjoyed going down to the boardwalk several times, the nearby outlets, and beautiful parks. We would recommend everybody enjoy the drone show on Sunday night at Northside park! A once in a lifetime experience! The park has a beautiful playground, pier that stretches into the Bay, and it’s a perfect spot for a picnic dinners! After dinner each night we took a five minute stroll over to the beach and enjoyed the surf, playing in the sand, and the fireworks that will go off up and down the beach at night That location was clean and convenient. The owner was more than responsive anytime we reached out. There was slight miscommunication when we arrived figuring out where to park as the neighbors insisted on switching parking spots. That was resolved pretty quickly with the help of the property owner. We had no issues from that point forward. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, ice cream spots, and shopping opportunities. Many times we would pick up food and bring it back to the home to eat because we found it so comfortable, especially on very hot days. We highly recommend families try Oceanside pizza near coastal highway and Route 54. It’s a small little pizza shop but worth trying. Grab and Go Tacos in the same area is a family favorite! Great for picking up and eating at the park, it’s very Affordable as well! We look forward to renting this beautiful home again and making more memories!!

Great place with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very nice , clean, and had everything we needed. It is also convenient to stores and the beach. The house is very nicely decorated and has plenty of room for us. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the pool was nice too.

August vacation

We absolutely love Ocean City and our stay at your place was wonderful. It is a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach and the kids loved having access to a pool. Your townhome was clean and looked just as described. I was amazed at how many pots, pans, and utensils that were available in the kitchen. We really enjoyed having access to a grill as well. We had no problems during our stay. The only suggestion I have as a possible consideration to improve the stay would be to offer Netflix on the TV . It would be nice for those rainy afternoons. Also, I would like to mention to check with your cleaning crew. We had to move the couch one day to get something my son dropped and we discovered a lot of trash and crumbs behind there so we just swept it up. It did not affect our stay in any way but I wanted to make sure your cleaning company is doing a good job for you. Thank you and I hope we can rent from you again.

Great 2 story townhouse in nice neighborhood. A/C worked great. Cart to carry chairs and towels, etc to the beach 2 blocks away. Everything about house is as advertised. Had great stay with grandchildren for a week.

House was a great fit for our family

This was our first trip to Ocean City MD and we could not have been happier. The house was super clean, the beds were extra comfy, and the AC kept the house nice and cool. The boys really enjoyed the shade of the pool in the afternoons after spending the day on the beach. The location is great; the ocean, supermarket, Dunkin Donuts, ice cream, and the Green Turtle are a few easily walkable blocks away. If you need a pizza recommendation we really liked Pino's for delivery. Thanks for the opportunity to spend a week in a great beach house. Everyone had such a great time, we hope to be back next year.
