Nice hotel close to the beach. Easy access with public transit, no need for car. Internet was intermittent from our room. Printed flight boarding passes from free business centre. Great location shopping, and restaurants.

Good location. That was about it. Rooms were old and smelled. Plastic chairs on balcony. Wouldn’t really recommend.

close to beach. staff did not accommodate our late flight. spent 8 nights there and was leaving last day at 6pm and they could not give us anywhere to shower before we left. told us to “shower at the beach” and when i wanted a better explanation the worker walked away from me mid conversation. made us pay to hold our bags from noon until 6 pm. which when the shuttle was picking us up. I was dissatisfied with how they treated us when we were leaving.

The Waikiki Resort Hotel was exactly what I was hoping for. This hotel provided a nice, quiet, clean room, all at a very affordable price. My wife and I were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and really the entire hotel in general. The hotel has an older feel to it, but it provides a great budget friendly option 1 block away from Waikiki Beach. I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Honolulu. My sole complaint about the hotel was that you could sometimes wait for an elevator for a little while - especially if you are on a higher floor (my room was on the 16th floor). But lets be real, when my only complaint about the hotel is waiting for the elevator, you can't ask for more at this price point! The Waikiki Resort Hotel is a very solid book and I definitely recommend it.

-Great location, close to the beach, bus stops, many shops and restaurants. -Very friendly front desk staff. -The room (on 10 th floor) smells mold, indeed there were some spots on the edge of the bathtub covered by the shower curtain. There was a coffee maker with small bags of tea and coffee, we used them up on the first and second day, never got a refill on any tea or coffee during the next 5 days.

Aloha David, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. We really appreciate the praise! Indeed, we're spoiled by this phenomenal location in the heart of Waikiki. It's just a short walk to everything you could ever need. I'm disappointed to hear about the issues with the room. Please accept my sincere apology. Rest assured we will follow up to ensure this doesn't happen again. Overall, I'm glad you had a great experience. I hope by now you are home safely with beautiful memories of your time in Hawaii.
