Excellent location! The carpet in the room however needs replacing as it had something sticky in the kitchen area and was generally just worn out. The room we stayed in had someone's old Ramen noodle container with what appeared to be cigarette ashes in it in the safe. Housekeeping needs to do better. Daniel at the front desk was helpful, friendly and managed multiple customers well at once.

The hotel is nice but is now a time share hotel. They wanted you to schedule a presentation. There was no maid service. Our bed was not a King but a double. A bit outdated. Loved being on the bottom floor ocean front

I dont really know what to say about this property other than thehallways were clean and employees were nice but i got bed bug bites the first night. Went and talked to manager and she switched our room and offered refund but our vacation was literally ruined. We went to get away from stress but instead gained the stress of bed bugs. Couldn't sleep good and wondered if they would travel home with us in our laundry or bags. I am eat up and they itch severely. Hoping they go away and i dont have to see a dr. Not a good time at all.

This property is nice. It is outdated which surprised me as a timeshare. You would think they would update the property since it is a timeshare. I did not like that I was called 3 times prior to my stay asking if I’m still coming and would I sit for a timeshare presentation. Upon arrival Daniel gave me my info and room. I requested a higher floor but he said they were sold out and unable to move my room. The room is clean but extremely outdated. I’m happy I’m not a time share holder because I wouldn’t be happy with this as my property. Overall. It was nice and clean for a weekend but I did not like them calling me asking if I’m coming and asking to do a presentation. I booked on Expedia not as a timeshare

The walls are very thin and there were loud kids next door for the first 2 nights. Even reported it to tell front desk but they were still loud. Couldn't sleep in the room and had to sleep on the pullout couch and shut bedroom door so it didnt sound like they were in the room with us. There wasnt a frying pan and took 2 days get one. There were also other missing utensils and dishes. It was nice being on the oceanfront. Once the loud kids were gone we could finally use the bed that was comfortable instead of the pullout couch. Other than that it was very clean and the desk people were nice.

Amazing Sunrise View

This was one of my absolute favorite places to stay. The 11th floor view of the Atlantic Ocean was amazing! Being able to watch the sunrise every morning made the trip worth it.

This hotel is outdated, old and bathroom and bed conditions not ideal. They did not have linen for couch roll out, was told they were out of linen- we had to make shift it using top bed sheet. Unprofessional staff at desk. Asked for any restaurant recommendations in walking distance for a late 830 dinner and the the front desk could not provide any suggestions but take out. Would not recommend this for a family. Overpriced resort fees,etc did not make this a good deal to support the uncomfortable full bed or roll out couch.

From checkin on, the staff was really friendly. The room was spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Gorgeous view of the Atlantic, right on the beach. Amole parking and walking distance to all of the shops in Va Beach. Loved it.
