Absolutely loved this hotel as a solo traveler. The elevators are run in a new innovative way that every guest had to learn, but they were fast and efficient! When it rained one evening, the staff was in the lobby mopping constantly and helping with elevators. The rooftop bar is gorgeous. Street noise came through as my room overlooked Times Square on the 23rd floor, but I loved it. If you don’t, bring ear plugs.
