UNIMAGINABLY RUDE hotel staff, who clearly have had no education, much less education in hospitality or communication. 100% assumed hotel guests were thieves, liars, or criminals of other sort; rather than the paying customers (or "guests!") they truly are. Tower King Room (1500.00/night) did not meet minimum expectation of clean, orderly, functioning hotel room: Rusty bathroom fixtures, pink mold on shower curtain, torn roman shades, askew black-out shades, non-functional electric blinds, non-functional electrical outlets, unusual stains on upholstery and carpet, mis-matched furnishings, broken ("ripped out") under-counter cabinetry, broken closet doors, struggling and loud water-hammer plumbing, etc (!!).

This hotel is truly 5 star and I wanted to rate it 5 star across the board however the gap between excellent and average from front desk personnel can’t be ignored. Norma and Rebecca are exceptional whereas their colleagues need to be retrained. Not very good at all.

The location is what makes this hotel great, as well as the beds and water pressure. Otherwise, our room had a mildew smell first day and the surfaces were not clean. We waited for our room to be ready and the elevator experience in the towers makes it unfavorable vs. desired over their other rooms. To be suggested as a luxury experience is a stretch. But the view is truly gorgeous.

The Towers at Lotte Palace is a very busy hotel. During the day time and early evening hours the lobby is crowded with people. As a result, it may take time to check in, or get baggage assistance and concierge assistance. Our receptionist, Melody was extremely helpful and courteous. She help make the stress situations go smoothly and always with a smile and kind words. Diego, one of the concierge was also courteous and super helpful. Our corner suite was spacious and comfortable. The only negative items is 1. there were hardly any amenities provided. No coffee cups, coffee maker, hot pot, visitor guide book, etc. 2. the electric outlets in the room were worn out from over use. Loose connections and items plugged in would easily fall out. 3. only 2-elevators service the tower rooms, so wait times can be long during busy check out hours in the morning. Other than that the hotel is good and centrally located.

Best Midtown and Best Overall Hotel in Manhattan!

Amazing roomy suites in the Towers, get the corner suite with an incredible skyline view. We've stayed at all the top luxury hotels and The Towers is in a class by itself in my opinion. We will be back.

We loved our stay at the Lotte Towers! The rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. We were provided a fridge on request. The views were amazing. The lifts were quick to get us to the 58th floor! Our rooms were serviced twice daily. Cannot fault anything at Lotte would love to return one day!!
