We’ve been in nyc many times but this was the most amazing property and perfect location away from the madness of Times Square. Had amenities of the large hotels but was very quaint. The staff was amazing and attentive. The only minor complaint was that our floor (7th) had a consistent damp smell throughout our stay. Fortunately the smell wasn’t in the room.

Very Nice Hotel and Great Location

The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect and near great shopping and Central Park. Few suggestions include having 100% cotton blankets on the beds and firmer beds. They have comforters but they get too hot in the Summer. Also it would be nice to have coffee available to the guests at 5am for those who get up early in the lobby.

Beautiful! We loved everything! The staff were amazing and the facility itself was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily by a staff who obviously knew what they were doing and took pride in their work! It was a great, safe location near shopping, transportation, the park and much more.
