Room was great, staff was very helpful, location is wonderful for an American Girl experience! The lounge was a great perk for before our room was ready and then while waiting for a taxi to head back to the airport hours after we checked out but they held our bags. I was very happy with the choice as a first time New York City tourist.

The location cannot be beat for NYC at Christmas time! Also, the staff are so nice and accommodating, and allowed my daughter and I to use the facilities and store luggage before and after checkout with no hassle. On a very cold day, this was such a nice touch.
