This hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay near the Village. Nothing fancy; just a clean room, safe place to stay, and location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and subway stops.

Hotel is cash only so be ready for that. Very basic but nothing bad. Room, bed, bathroom were all clean and in working order. Beds were a bit on the hard side. No elevator.

Okay. So for what the price is, this place was clean, safe, and quiet. The hot water cranked, too. The bed was a slab, and the sheets were minimal and not new, but if you need a cheap place to crash with a great location, this is it. The next cheapest place was double the price.
