The room was extremely comfortable and quiet as it faced the interior. I wish that we had a room with a view, but then it probably would not have been as quiet. The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible. The breakfast downstairs was delicious and the upstairs bar was a nightly treat!

Spending my bday here was splendid. The staff at the hotel treated me like royalty and made me feel so very special! From the staff greeting at the front desk and valet David and Adam, to the bartender Renee at the Vintage Green roof top restaurant bar, everything included amazing service! The room and lobby/sitting area were spotless. Parking was an expense and the only negative, but it made unpacking and loading convenient for our needs. The rooms had decent amount of space and room. The staff accommodated us with a bottle of wine, I assume for my bday, as well as a decent view of the Empire State Building. Overall, very much appreciated weekend spent at the Sonesta Hotel, well worth it! Thank you to all of the staff at the Shelburne Sonesta Hotel.

The hotel was nice, and the location in Midtown Manhattan was perfect. However, there was no shower curtain, so water splashed outside a lot. It would be better if this could be fixed.

The staff were great and accommodating and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue is I'm a light sleeper and even though we were on the 10th floor, there was a constant horn blowing at the 37th st and Lex intersection. Didn't realize how much of a cut thru east to west 37th st was.

Shelbourne was a great stay! It was our first time in NYC and it was the perfect location! All of the staff was amazing and friendly! We even took advantage of the breakfast restaurant and it was delicious! We stayed here as a family of 5 and there was more than enough room for all of us. We would stay here again!

I have stayed here multiple times in NY and love this hotel. Prompt check in, great location, Vintage Green roof top is a lovely drinks/dining spot and lobby cafe is great. As a VIP member I received a free upgrade and complimentary drinks/snacks. Highly recommend.
