Great hotel located right in the middle of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and everything went so smoothly. Because of its location, lots of big groups check in. I saw a few GIANT lines of guests when I was there trying to check in so give some grace to the staff, but I was lucky and missed that when i was checking in. But I was really happy with the whole stay.

Yes, it’s a NYC hotel room, but the bathroom is smaller than on a cruise ship. Fridge for a cost. Asked for towels because only had two. We were three. They dropped them off 3 hours later. We wanted to go out, but had to wait there. Staff at front desk was nice, beds were comfy and a great location.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Super centrally located (one block over from Time Square) and very accessible (Subway Station right on the corner). They did a great job with the renovation of the hotel. The rooms are cozy but well furnished and the beds were super comfortable.
