Nice Hotel

Stayed here since it was close to an event I was attending so it was a convenient location and not too far by some other tourist attractions to visit. Lots of places nearby to grab a bite to eat as well which was nice. Overall it was a very nice hotel, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. The breakfast buffet was a lovely room and had a nice spread which was nice. We had a nice view from high up on our floor, the bed was comfy and a working elevator the whole time. Would stay here again.

The room and staff here are amazing! We had the best room with an amazing view that close to everything. One day the shower was leaking and we told the staff as we left for the day and it was completely fixed like new by the time we returned. I love New York and would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel,but poor elevator access

The staff was great, the room itself was good. The elevators are another story. Ended up walking down 43 flights of stairs after 25 minutes of waiting for an elevator.

Great Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We requested an iron, and it was brought to us right away. The room was fantastic! The only minor issue we encountered was with the shower handle—it took a long time to adjust the water temperature because it kept turning without proper control. However, this did not overshadow the overall great experience. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, which made it so convenient. And the view from the window- Absolutely stunning! Overall, we’re very pleased with our stay and will definitely consider coming back in the future.
