The hotel was clean and safe. Close to restaurants and subway stations. May be the best shower I ever had in a hotel with great water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful delivery and Asian restaurants. Would stay there again and recommend it to my kids.

This hotel met all our needs. It’s not “upscale”, but it was perfect for us. Great location in LES/Chinatown, a block from a subway station and right near the Manhattan Bridge Arch which is very cool. The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The building is secure and monitored by staff as well a needing a code to enter. Bathroom amenities are provided. Everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was centrally located to all of the places I visited during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, plus baggage storage was offered prior to check in and afterwards if you your trip departure is after check out. The only downside was there wasn't a fridge or microwave offering but overall I would definitely stay again.

Decent, spacious room (Deluxe King). Furniture was a bit dinged up and fixtures loose. Sink faucet leaked a bit when on. But we did not expect brand new, and well maintained lodgings for a price this low.
