I didn’t like the fire alarm going off at 5am and there wasn’t anyone from management to assist people if the alarm was false or if it was a real evacuation. The elevator got stuck with people on board a few days later. I emailed the hotel that I was on my honeymoon and didn’t get any favors or even a mention of congrats at check-in. The receptionist was misleading about the water being “included” with the room, but really it’s part of the destination fees they hit you with when checking in.

I was charged an extra 20 dollars for a “destination fee” that was not included in the rate that Travelocity provided... Travelocity should include this in the total amount to be paid at the hotel otherwise it’s misleading at the time you choose the “best price”... the Staff is very friendly, good breakfast and good location, but The elevators get stuck often because of overload of people. I had to use the stairs to bring down my luggage 10 floors....

Parking was expensive/ not included. Breakfast had fewer healthy choices than other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at.

Like the location, and that it’s clean. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and they allowed us to store our luggage since the room wasn’t ready. Room was not ready an hour and a half after check-in time, so they found us a different, comparable room. I would stay there again when I am going to Manhattan.
