Received text asking when I will be arriving. Responded that we will be there at 1pm and request for early check in if was possible. Arrived at 1pm and was advised that the room was not ready. Waited until "after" 3pm check in time for room 1004. Numerous issues regarding room and service at the hotel establishment. No hand wash soap, no body lotion and no coffee due to machine not working. Asked for refills for both soap and lotion on day of check in and was never filled during our stay. This was disappointing.

Room was very clean, the beds and towels were changed everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was good with hot and cold foods available. Would recommend this hotel for these reasons plus the reasonable price.

Overall the experience was good, I would stay here again, but I'd rather be closer to more restaurants. The staff was overall great and very helpful. The breakfast area is small and was very crowded, so we didn't always have a place to sit. The free coffee and cookies are a wonderful feature! I would recommend this place, I just wish it was closer to more dining/shopping/subway options so I don't have to walk as far. But, Penn Station is pretty close, too. So, in general, it's in a good area. No laundry. The bike rental requires a $500 deposit per bike. Overall, I think most people would be happy here.
