Room was clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Air conditioning was terrible and the room was quite warm which made sleeping a bit difficult. Overall not a bad stay just wish it wasn’t 100 degrees in the shade with no ac on the 12 floor!

Hotel very accommodating, breakfast varied slightly each day, coffee, hot and cold choices and waffles which kids loved. lifts were fine, beds comfy and we slept well. Room was a bit tired and very snug for 4 with a 5 night stay as storage very limited but our own oversight. Good option

The air conditioning did not work in our room. It just blew the air around. It said that the temp was set at 60 but it was too hot to sleep comfortably. There was also no ice to be found. The elevator was horrendously slow and the lobby seating is old torn and stained.

Fine enough for a one-night stay

The room was tiny but we were only there for one night so it was fine. The air conditioner randomly started blowing hot air multiple times. I ordered “room service” via the QR code provided and it never showed up, but I did get a refund for that. The ice maker on the closest floor didn’t work. Overall it was fine for one night but I would have been uncomfortable if we’d had to stayed any longer.

I have always enjoyed my stay here while seeing a show but the rooms I've stayed in before had more room than this one. The bathroom sink alone was the tiniest one I have ever seen! The room was just very small and awkward and uninviting. The staff was great and efficient and friendly.

Property is in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are on the small side, 2 adults sharing a twin room was a struggle for space, just 1 small closet to hang clothes, nowhere to put cases or bags. Only 2 lifts, meaning you could be waiting up to 15 minutes for a lift at busy times of the day, it doesnt help that the hotel cleaning staff also use the same lifts.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, and the recently renovated bathrooms are a great upgrade. However, the front desk staff falls short of the hotel’s overall quality—they often seem impatient and unhelpful. Additionally, the breakfast area becomes overcrowded during peak hours, and many food items tend to run out. It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve its planning for busy mornings and consider a more attentive and customer-focused front desk team.
