    When I booked this location, I was skeptical because there was only one review. By the time we arrived, there were multiple, positive reviews. The host is very communicative and we appreciated the clear directions how to to enter the property. We had five people in our group and everyone was comfortable. It's a great location- easy to walk to tourist locations and easy to walk to the subway. This location has all of the amenities we needed and there were plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. Thank you!

    This rental started with very clear and illustrated details for entry into the unit! Thank you. Then when we opened the door, the wonderful scent of pine-sol greeted us, so we knew it had recently been cleaned. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee and leftovers in the fridge, but it had everything you could ever need in such a compact space. The beds were comfy, the ACs rocked, and we felt safe walking around the area…even on the night the Knicks won the finals! The space was a bit tight for the 4 of us (parents and 2 young adult daughters) but we made it work and the price was right! I would stay again.

    We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The home was very clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the location was convenient, central, and felt very safe.The only small suggestion I'd offer is that the mattress in the second bedroom on the right when you walk in could use an update. It wasn't terrible, but you could feel some of the springs.Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we'd be happy to stay here again.
