Straight up review.

Stayed 2 nights for business at NYU hospitals. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Bedding smelled nice and was clean. Great shower, but upon arrival toiled was clogged, which they fixed b4 I returned at night. King bed room a little small but not a problem at all. Excellent location right by Koreatown so lots of delicious places to eat. No lounge, bar and I left at 6 am so no signs of breakfast. Nice staff. I’m easy to please.

Basic, but clean. There was a little bit of a bait and switch on the room amenities, but that was Hotel.com and not Best Western's fault. I booked a room with a fridge, but that was not reflected in my receipt. Lots of street noise and construction at night for the first few nights I was there. Hard to sleep.
