We had an amazing stay at this Nashville property. The house was spotless and truly unique, and the location couldn’t have been better. Even with a group of 21 people, the space never felt crowded — everyone had plenty of room and personal space.The owner was extremely accommodating, especially when a rare ice storm caused a power outage. Communication and support during that time were excellent.I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We loved our stay at the Music City Mansion. My family got together to celebrate Christmas, and the house fit all our needs! Excellent communication with the host. Location was ideal. House is well appointed and had plenty of room for all 17 of us, with beds to spare. Looking forward to our Nashville Christmas celebration in 2026!

This property was a complete disaster and nothing like advertised. It’s marketed as a “mansion,” but it’s actually three separate apartments in one building — a major misrepresentation.The unit was filthy (urine on the toilet, dirty appliances, stained furniture, bedding and towels stained, hair on pillows). We had to buy our own towels and bedding because the provided ones were unusable.Even worse, the home was unsafe: exposed burning wires (fire department responded), non-functioning HVAC, painted-shut windows, and a toilet that didn’t flush. The host even gave our door code to a technician without permission.The host agreed to meet us the next morning, then never showed up. When questioned, he was dismissive and acted as if we were making everything up.We had to leave immediately and pay for a hotel due to the unlivable conditions. We have extensive documentation.This property is unsafe, misleading, and unacceptable. We are demanding a full refund.

Couldn’t find a pizza cutter, we left one for the next family. 2 coffee makers came in handy. Plenty of table space to eat and play games. Plenty of parking in the rear. We will use this location again.

Perfect - we had a family birthday weekend. There is plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms and a large common area to gather in. There is also a second den and the upper porch to have private time or small group talks. The "worst" thing I can say is that I got lots of steps going between the kitchens and looking for people :) The house is a short uber from Broadway. Excellent local coffee shops are a couple blocks away. A couple people felt completely safe to go for a morning run around the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The house is perfect for small groups to have separate sleeping areas but also multiple gathering areas to choose from. Unfortunately we arrived on the 1st day of a four day rental to the A/C not working in 3rd floor with temperatures passing 94 degrees inside. 3rd floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that were not usable the 1st night due to temperature. The owner did call A/C repair man but by the time he arrived and got it fixed it was to late to cool the 3rd floor for first night 2nd and 3rd day it worked but not well. Then we returned from being out all day on 4th night and A/C was broken again.. so hot the thermostat did not register. So out if 4 nights of rental we were only able to use the 3rd floor 1/2 the time but still required to pay for it.

Wonderful home for a family reunion

Our group of 20 adults loved this home. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The best part is ample common space for meals and socializing, either all together or in separate small groups. The home was spotlessly clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and modern updates.It is hard to find a home that will comfortably accommodate a group like ours, but this home is one of the few that does. If our group returns to Nashville for a future reunion, this will absolutely be our first choice.

Nashville Home Away From Home

We had a group of 21 family members stay at the Music City Mansion and it was perfect for our group. The layout allowed us to be together, but each have our own space. 7 reserved parking spaces out back was very nice. Everything we needed was there and waiting for us and the host was very responsive. I would recommend to any group!

We had an absolute blast at the Mansion! Our group of 15 adults stayed comfortably, and the property exceeded all expectations. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for a large group, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas for everyone to spread out or gather together. The location was ideal—close enough to downtown Nashville to enjoy the nightlife, music scene, and restaurants, but quiet enough for relaxation. Awesome experience.

Family Christmas Gathering

Great location, great layout for our multi-family Christmas gathering. We were able to have each family use a floor of the home, which gave everyone plenty of room and bedroom/bathroom space. Plenty of dedicated off-street parking space. The kitchen was well-stocked and the eating spaces accomodated our large group well. Owner communication was excellent and they were very flexible with us on a few special requests. Highly recommend this charming and unique home for large groups!
