TV did NOT work in the room. Called the front desk twice and was told someone would come up on the second call. Waited up approximately 2 hours and no one showed up and was never offered a room switch. Because it was booked through Travelocity the front desk refused any monetary discount. Will not be back at a Hampton/Hilton property through Travelocity.

Everything was very nice .. staff was very friendly and helpful.. they shuttled us to Walgreens to look for hand sanitizer... no one had any . And next morning to airport

I’m never disappointed with the quality of facilities and amenities at Hampton Inn and suites. The room decor was modern, bed and pillows were very comfortable and cleanliness is always top notch. The only negative is that when we arrived at our room the A/C was off and the room was warm, extremely damp and humid. So much so that the carpet and bedding were also damp. We arrived at 12:30am and ready to sleep so it was an inconvenience but didn’t deter us from sleeping. Breakfast was exceptional and the fresh pressed juice and smoothies were a wonderful surprise.
