Our home has a Luxury Master Bedroom with a California King Bed, and our 2 other beautifully designed guest rooms have Queen beds, in addition to a Queen and a full size Cordaroy Sleeper. Our home sleeps 6 but accommodates up to 10 people.

Inside you'll also enjoy our handmade rusticated post trestle dining table that seats 8. Our living room has a gas fireplace with a large designer couch with a chaise lounge and ottoman. Our Living room also has reclining mid century chairs to enjoy your 50 inch Smart Tv with a DVD player. Our custom designed kitchen has a gas range and stainless steel appliances. Seats additional 7 people in the kitchen.
This home comes equipped with Alexa Technology in the Master Bedroom. USB Outlets in kitchen and bedrooms. Wifi and Roku TV. One switch ON and Off Gas Fireplace.


**WIFI**
We have FAST Wifi (1,000 Mgbs) throughout the house so you have strong internet in every room with an extra Wireless Booster for those who need to work.


**PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:**
Prior to your arrival we will send you all home details to get you ready for your trip. We'll send some discounts on fun nearby attractions, in addition to a list with great restaurants, nearby attractions and more!

We will provide you with some water and coffee/tea to get you settled in upon arrival. We provide make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers in each bathroom.


**KITCHEN:**
Stainless Steel Appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, so you don't have to worry in the event you want to relax at the house, cook up some good food and dine in with friends and family. We have Food processor, Ninja Blender, Air fryer, 6 Gas range, full coffee maker and a Keurig, Tea Pot, serving dishes, Microwave, plenty of pots and pans, Steamer, Crockpot and more.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. If there's something specific you need, please ask us and we will try to accommodate the best we can.


**BEDROOMS: **
Our bedrooms have top of the line mattresses and linens providing the most comfortable night’s sleep; 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 CordaRoy Queen fold out mattress and 1 CordaRoy Full fold-out mattress (explanation below). Black out blinds for a good night sleep.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The Master suite is sexy, classy and comfortable with a Sterns and Foster California King Bed, large walk in closet, 50 inch TV and large Master Bath has a double sink vanity and a walk in shower. There is also Alexa Technology.

BEDROOM 2:
The 2nd Bedroom is rustic country cozy with a fun inspiration wall. Temper-pedic Queen Mattress with a custom barn wood headboard with attached Mason Jar lighting and large walk in closet. (Additional Full Sleeper if needed)

BEDROOM 3:
The 3rd bedroom is the cutest with a shabby chic feel, rod iron frame with a inspirational love wall and rustic touches everywhere. It has a Queen Serta Sealy bed, a 36 inch TV with the option of a DVD player, walk in closet and a walk out balcony with an additional covered outside seating area.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING:
We have a Queen Plush CordaRoy downstairs that sleeps 2 people, and a Full size Plush CordaRoy in the second bedroom that sleeps 2 more additional people. CordaRoy's are awesome! Seen on SHARK TANK! They are large foam filled chair-like bags that you comfortably sit on and then convert into a comfy bed when you're ready to sleep. Super convenient and COMFY!

**EXTRA LINENS:**
We have extra pillows and blankets to make it even more comfy for you. As hosts, we are all about our guests having the best experience during their Nashville visit! Our home is filled with love and we hope you feel that love when you stay here.


**ENTERTAINMENT:**
We have a Arcade Size Galaga and PAC MAN Game, Board Games and Mini Pool game. We have a corn hole set and a SWOOC outdoor game set with 15 different games. We provide ROKU tv on each TV and board games.

We are close to so many Nashville attractions, that it makes our home very desirable. IN addition, we are next to BBQ, A popular Vegan Restaurant, one of the most popular Pizza and Beer Stops, Hot Chicken Restaurant and more.


**OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:**
Private parking fits 2 cars comfortably, 4 cars tightly and there's plenty of street parking. Two covered porches. Our second floor deck has beautiful outdoor curtains for an option of privacy, our covered back patio has Market Lights and seating with an area with a fire pit and grill (we do not supply firewood). Our front covered patio with two Adirondack chairs to catch the afternoon sun.


**BABY ITEMS:**
For BABY GATE, HIGH CHAIR and OTHER BABY ITEMS we've listed as available, these items are provide by REQUEST ONLY from the guest prior to check-in. We do not store at our home. Please request for the listed available baby items prior to check-in, so we can arrange to have these items at our home.


**PETS:**
We allow pets on a case by case basis. Please notify us when booking. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet. 2 pet min. We do have a weight limit. We require pets to be crated when you leave our home at all times. If your pet sheds, we absolutely do not allow on our furniture at any time. This is to provide a pet hair free home for the homeowners and future guests who may not have pets. Be sure to clean up after your pet, not doing so or excess mess or pet hair will result in an additional cleaning and replacement fee.
