We didn’t get into our room until after 4, never gave us beach towels, never offered us chairs in the beach, they were never put out. Rude people at desk, one of the girls had a fight with a timeshare holder of 20 years, dirty clothes in closet left, mold all in bathroom. I awoke with swollen eyes, due to mold issues for sure. Parking was horrible and then they tried to charge me $20. I saw a women hit another persons car three times to get out of parking garage . Very upsetting and disappointed.

Overall poor experience. Did not have ocean view room that was booked and double checked. Rooms are owned by time share holders so not really the hotel experience we were anticipating. Also there is a time share sales person set up in lobby to hound you down when you walk by. Will not stay there again and do not recommend

Her room was not ready on time which seems to be a standard complaint. We love the pool area and the room was beautiful and spotless on arrival. They are doing construction on the grounds currently but we really didn’t mind overall I would stay again.

Bad customer service

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. We were told we could check in after 3 and each time we went and Asked if the room was ready we were told no, with no ETA, accountability or apology. It finally took my wife to speak to a manager to get action. They acted like we were a nucense. The room was uncomfortable and the people next door were aloud to blast music at an entirely unreasonably volume untill after midnight. The only good thing was the extremely friendly bell hop and pool staff.

The properys location was great! The security officer was amazing. Many of these condos are ownded so they had special parking privileges for owners. The parking was a pain. One day we were blocked in by an employee because no enough parking spots. We had to leave a day earlier and checked out in plenty enough time for them to rent the room for a Friday night. They wouldn’t give us a discount or anything for leaving 24 hours early.

Only positive is location.

The only positive was the location being right on the beach. The hotel is dated and has policies they don’t share until you ask or random signs in the rooms, for example the toilet paper is complimentary for two rolls and then you are on your own… the towels are exchanged twice a week but not explained how until you see what others do. The staff are not all friendly, some are very rude while others try to go above and beyond. There is no way to get from the board walk/ beach to the pool, you have to go from the boardwalk to the front of the hotel thru the lobby. The Murphy beds are very dated with “pillows” that are basically a tissue filled with cotton balls. The front desk controls the pool towels but never have any available. The parking situation is a nightmare, you can potentially get blocked in. The staff will direct you to park in employee parking and then other staff will yell at you for following directions given by their staff. The lights in the room have multiple burned out bulbs and no plugs for the night stand lights. The ac does not always work and the rooms that do have leaks which require maintenance to vacuum out.

Good value

Great location on the boardwalk with nice pool and beach access. Room comfortable but felt dated. Pool and seating not as large as depicted in the picture. Also, as you go to the lobby elevators be ready to be hit up every day for a sales pitch presentation to buy in to a time share.

Payment processed, confirmation received and upon arrival no availability. After trying for over 2 hours to find another place close-by, finally had a room. No clean linen or towels daily, only Monday and Thursday but you are free to use paid laundry facilities in between these days.

Fun beach

Great location. Hotel restaurant food is average if not less, but there are many good restaurants within walking distance. Good pool deck area. Pool is only 4 feet at its deepest point. Staff is friendly.
