Check in took a bit longer than normal - due to connectivity issues. You may not encounter this. Staff on check in & out was excellent. Breakfast for these times was good enough. Rooms are small and very clean. Everything in the room (A/C, TV, WiFi etc. worked well. Shower curtain did not prevent water from leaking/draining onto the floor. So we soon had a small flood. No extra drain and angle seemed to be away from shower drain. Also no elevator - so even if on 1st floor - you have about 5 steps to lug your luggage. Typically, we like to stay on the top floor to avoid the foot traffic above. You will hear the folks above you or in another room in areas of your room. It still is a decent place to stay and conveniently located to many walking distance restaurants. Is pet friendly so you may hear some barking.

Room had 1 coffee cup and 1 coffee came back to room second day, no coffee, cups, or any ameties. Walls are very thin you can hear evwry sound from rooms above and on bith sides had to listen ti a guy snore all night then next morning some women talking very loud for iver an hour starting at 7am. Then we thought they were doing construction in hotel only to find out its the water running from rooms above and to side of our room, horrible loud noise. Very disappointing hotel not worth the money would not recommend. Breakfast selection bagel, toast, cereal.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of bal harbour. Second floor does have an odd smell to the hallway which can be off putting. However, my room was very clean and bed was wonderful to sleep in. Absolutely, would stay again.

Good floor layout. Spaced out well. Quick walk to the beach but long enough to wear walking shoes, not sandals. maybe 10 minutes max for quick walkers. Walls were pretty thin. Doors slammed loud. First night I barely slept due to neighbors constantly slamming door. Could have just been bad luck to be roomed next to them.
