Only needed the hotel for one night and it worked for what we needed. The room was small but it worked. We really enjoyed the sports bar for supper that was connected to the hotel.

The staff was great! Shuttle pick up from airport and to port! Rooms are huge with 2 king size beds, bathroom, closet, table , and little kitchenette type area without the stove!! Restaurant was nice smd food was great! Only con was no elevator but one flight of stairs didn’t kill me. I would definitely stay here again when I come back in October.

Room in good condition and bed comfortable. Staff were courteous. The hotel lobby looks good, the rest of the hotel is old and smelly carpets. Don't understand why anyone in this day and age uses carpets that can never be cleaned like a good wood or linoleum floor. Someone was walking around above my room, so could not sleep. The Shuttle only runs once an hour.

Check-in staff friendly and helpful, but they really needed a second staff member at the desk. Airport shuttle only runs hourly, at the top of the hour, and gets to the airport about 10 minutes later. It was completely full both directions when I took it. Room was clean, of course you can hear the planes overhead but otherwise pretty quiet. Felt safe.

Works hotel ever, it’s not advertised that they do not have an elevator so your carrying heavy suitcases up 2 flights of steps. And at 10pm when showering the shower would not turn off so tried to call reception desk and the phone don’t work either. Had to be switched to a new room at 10:30pm and that room was down the steps outside in a whole different building up another set of steps. And they offer no compensation terrible place!!
