The staff were top notch, kind, professional, exceptionally friendly, and eager to assist. The breakfast was the best that I have ever eaten at a hotel! The room was nice and very clean. The only thing that could have been better but in my room the couch and chair was pretty worn, but we weee not there enough to really use them. The hotel and surrounding area is gorgeous!

Don’t be fooled!!!!!!

Don’t be fooled, when you walk in it smells good and looks clean. I can’t say the same for the room. Room was very outdated and smelled like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years.

I stayed two night and didn’t get housekeeping in my bedroom. I paid over $300 a night. That is the least I was expecting a clean bedroom, new towels and garbage out. Also, the staff are close to be replaced by robots. No character in the service. I stayed in cheaper hotels and way better service in general.
