Come enjoy the island life in this clean and modern home equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Little Venice in the heart of Marathon, this home encourages you to explore The Florida Keys. There are 3 State Parks within 20 minute drives and plenty of activities like kayaking, snorkeling, jet-skiing & paddle boarding all within 5 minutes. There is space to park a 26’ boat/trailer in front of the house and a free boat ramp 3 minutes away.

Sit back and relax in this comfortable home recently remodeled with all new furniture. It offers an open concept living room and a spacious kitchen. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer and lots of storage. Natural light is ample all throughout the house . There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two queen size beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses and pillows with protective covers. Each room has its own closet with extra storage. There are 2 full size bathrooms, 1 with a tub and one with a tile shower. The backyard offers a private space with outdoor sitting area, a full size dining table with 6 chairs, countertop with sink, bar table and an outdoor shower.

The property is located in Little Venice, a quiet waterfront neighborhood close to everything. State parks, beaches, and popular attractions like The 7 Mile Bridge and The Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters are all within a 5 minute drive. Bahía Honda State Park offers the best beaches in The Florida Keys and it is only a short and beautiful drive away. Walking distance you can find restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Walgreens and more. Publix, Winn-Dixie and CVS are also 5 minutes away. Conveniently located In the heart of the Florida Keys you will be able to experience everything that this island paradise has to offer. Just 50 mins to Key West and 1.5 hours to Miami.
