Fully remodeled unit with fresh paint and hardwood floors throughout. You'll

enjoy a great view unit and lots of natural light!

*Living room: The living room has large comfy sofa with oversized matching chair! The sofa opens into a queen bed with new comforter and blankets. The old corner fireplace was removed leaving an extra-large full-length window that lets in more light with better views of Lincoln Mountain & top of Mammoth Mountain with the lifts across the street. The new propane fireplace is easily operated by a thermostat & will keep you warm & cozy day and night. There is a TCL 55' 6-series 4K UHD QLED Roku Smart TV.

*Dining Area has a dining table for 4 as well as 4 bar stools for the countertop breakfast area. Twin trundle bed with mattresses & storage under bottom bed.

*Kitchen: larger kitchen, quartz countertops, new cupboards, & all new stainless-steel appliances. Keurig & regular coffee maker plus all that's needed for cooking.

* Bathroom/Vanity: Granite countertop with double sinks & storage. Large vanity mirror with different light selections. Tiled walk-in shower with glass partition.

Bedroom: Cal King bed & mattress. 42' TV, dresser & lots of hooks for hanging

clothes and gear.

Dirty beds dirty sheets

One of the beds was so dirty it was not usable The bed sheets were dirty and when we complained and asked for clean sheets we didn’t even get a response.

Wonderful Stay

This was probably one of our favorite stays in Mammoth. The property was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything you could possibly need for cooking. Plus, the property manager is super kind. We were visiting during a bad storm and the property manager was incredibly accomodating. We cant wait to stay here again.

We really enjoy our stay. The place was really nice, clean and comfy. Perfect location. Two things we wished were better: water pressure on the shower and hotter jacuzzi. Overall pretty sick pad. Will come back for sure. Thank you
