Beautiful property, terrible management
Our experience at this property was unfortunately quite negative, starting with the extremely rude property manager. When our friend, who booked the accommodations, called for assistance, he was hung up on and denied the contact information for the manager’s supervisor. This lack of professionalism set the tone for the entire stay.We were notified only two hours before check-in that there would be no internet on the first day, leaving us unprepared. Additionally, early check-in was not an option, supposedly because the property needed cleaning and repairs, despite being vacant the night before.Safety was a concern as well. Upon arrival, we discovered that the carbon monoxide detectors were detached. Although the property manager did come the next day to address this after we complained, this should have been resolved beforehand.The accommodations were also poorly stocked. For a party of six adults and two children staying for four days, we were only provided with eight large towels and two rolls of paper towels for the entire house—an unacceptable amount.Finally, the most alarming issue was the dangerous amount of ice at the entrance of the garage. This was not only unsafe but baffling, as every other house in the neighborhood had their walkways cleared before we arrived.Overall, the property itself had potential, but the lack of preparation, unprofessional management, and unsafe conditions made our stay stressful and disappointing.
