Gray Stone: Luxury Single Family Home, Private Hot Tub

Gray Stone is a beautiful 4 bedroom 4.5 bath luxury single family home on hole 16 of Sierra Star Golf Course. The house allows 10 people maximum. Please no large groups or parties. Occupancy is strictly enforced.  Enjoy privacy, and quiet of the perfect mountain setting. Beautiful designed with Restoration Harware Furniture, luxury bedding and quility cooking utensils and appliances. You enter the house into the mud room with plenty of storage and hooks. The downstairs of the home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first room has a comfortable king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet room. There is a smart TV and plenty of storage. The second bedroom also has a cozy king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third downstairs bedroom is a bunk room with 3 bunk bed sets, a TV and ensuite bathroom with a tub shower combo. A laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer and access to the one car garage round out the downstairs. 

Take the stairs to the second floor where you find the open floor plan living area with a leather couch, gas fireplace, smart TV. Large windows with forest and golf course views allow for warm bright sunlight. The dining room seats 10 people comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs dream with extra counter space, a large island and everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a half bath and access to both decks. The master bedroom is found at the top of the stairs with a plush king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and private toilet area. The bedroom has private access to the wraparound deck and hot tub.

Gray Stone 2150 offers spacious parking, one garage parking space and a long driveway. 4 cars maximum please. The outside decks have a BBQ and private hot tub. Gray Stone overlooks the 16th hole of the Sierra Star Golf Course. It is a short drive to the Village, Little Eagle Lodge, Golf, the Lakes Basin and is an excellent location for a vacation to Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra.
