First of all, Travelocity input the wrong last name in the reservation making it impossible for it to be found. The suffix of my name is Jr and they listed my last name as Junior. The created a 30 minute delay on top the 5.5 hours of delay due to Delta Airlines. Second, the room was referred to as a suite or Penthouse, but is was 600 sq feet at best. Third, all of the furniture looked like it had been picked-up at a garage sale and was 20 years old. Nothing was comfortable. Fourth, the mattress on the king size bed felt like a fold-up bed mattress. All springs - no padding. We asked for a "pillow top" cover to be added to the bed so it would be more comfortable. It turned out to be a quarter inch pad (with no real padding) which actually made the bed more uncomfortable. Nothing in this hotel is close. We had to walk to another tower just to have breakfast. If you have a physical challenge, don't stay here. If you have back problems, don't stay here. This was the most disappointing hotel we have used in 30 years of visiting Las Vegas. Avoid at all costs!

We rented an efficiency penthouse sweet that had a kitchen but no glasses, silverware, plates or utensils, rather useless though we had no intention of cooking, it would have been nice to prepare drinks and snacks. No coffee service in the Lobby was sad.
