The room was in good condition, but no microwave in the whole hotel was pretty bad in my opinion. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just not having a microwave to heat food was a problem. If I had a baby how can I heat my baby milk?

The hotel and facilities were nice, clean and safe. Having said that, the check in process was not smooth. My deposit was not acknowledged by the hotel due to a "new system" and I had to pay for the room charges in full. I am awaiting a refund for the deposit that I paid when I made the reservation a month before my stay, but it has yet to be processed.

Clean and nice smelling rooms, the amenities,the staff the hotel overall is gorgeous loved it! One thing though the smell of the hall ways to actually get to the rooms wasn’t pleasing at times.
Christmas was amazing I loved how the hotel was well decorated, it was my first time there and I just loved everything about it.
Old years nice was amazing watching the fireworks from my room,I felt like a big kid.
