It’s a very basic place to stay, but everyone is very pleasant, it is very easy and walkable to Fremont St. it is quite secured you need a card to access the elevators, pool etc.

The hotel is nice, the pool is nice, paking across the street is questionable. But man you can hear people upstairs! The people avobe me kept walking around, stomping. Could hear it really loud. For that reason I will not return. I couldn't sleep.

Okay Stay, but Serious Cleanliness Concern

My stay at Oasis at Gold Spike was okay overall, but I was very disappointed to find a visible blood stain on the bedding when I woke up in the morning. I hadn’t noticed it when I first checked in and only saw it after sleeping there. I reported this to the front desk when I turned in my keys because it was unacceptable and made the room feel unclean. The rest of the experience was average, but this issue made the stay unpleasant and should be addressed to ensure better housekeeping and hygiene for future guests.

It was super close to Fremont that’s what we were looking for. Room was small we did book a queen room but bed looked a lot smaller then a queen my husband is 6ft and he nearly fit in bed. Parking was horrible took us about 1 hr to find a parking spot since it is public parking anyone can park by hotel

We stayed at Oasis at Gold Spike while celebrating a 21st and 25th birthday, and it was the perfect choice! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the person at the counter was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and full of great ideas. She answered all our questions, offered suggestions for things to do, and even set us up with a late check-out without us asking, which was such a nice touch. The vibe of the hotel is fun and unique, with stylish retro-modern décor that fits perfectly with the downtown Las Vegas energy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and being right near Fremont Street made it easy to enjoy the nightlife and activities. The pool and lounge areas were a great bonus, and the connection to Gold Spike added extra entertainment with games, music, and a lively crowd. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with great service and an energetic atmosphere, Oasis at Gold Spike is a fantastic choice—especially for a celebration!

Check-in was very easy. The two ladies at check-in were friendly and great customer service As far as Goldspike, the security was not so friendly, it made my stay unpleasant on every level I was outside having a drink when it was brought to my attention no outside drinks when I asked to see the rules of the property there was none to be found I got sent to my room to look at my manual and it wasn't there. I got sent to the front desk. No one knew about any rules at this point. I felt like I was getting the runaround if I had a room station there and you're telling me I can't have any outside drinks or food in a hotel that I paid for a room for that does not have room service our food on the property to purchase. Finally, he found the rules and point them out with his handy flashlight, very rudely, the tone and gesture of his actions as he pointed out the rules finally after a hour after sending me on a run around to find where the rules are keep in mind he was security, but on the phone the whole time I checked out from this hotel, a half a day early because another staff member which was a woman this time told me I couldn't walk through a certain walkway and made me walk all the way around to the front desk to check out. I didn't even stay the whole dayof my checkout because I felt uncomfortable and it was a unpleasant day. I got charged twice on two different cards for the resort fee, which it said pending, but it's still charged my account into it falls off. Also
