Hotel under renovation

Hotel under renovation for about 1 more year. A lot of the areas are boarded up for construction. Other than that, the room is comfortable, the staff is very nice and friendly.

Not the BEST.

Hotel is being remodeled so services were very limited. Was told we could book spa services at a sister property. Showed up and was told all services cancelled for the day with no notice. We had to go to another hotel. Mini bar in the room was not stocked. No in room refridgerater. Sink and shower did not drain very well. No room service after 2pm. Room was very warm despite setting the thermostat to 65. Long waits for elevator due to remodel. Front lobby staff was very helpful but that did not make up for the other issues.

Nice hotel in great convenient location

Pros: Location and helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated and complimentary coffee in rooms would be nice.
Quik and convenient check-in. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Relax and pleased with the hotel.Hotel location is in centre of the strip, hotel is in the middle of renovation, expansion, our room was located on 20th floor at the back wing so we could see all the constructions going on below but we do not hear any noise at all.

Not that bad if you don't mind construction noise

Room we got overlooked the construction of the pool area. Not a huge problem with the view but the ongoing noise and banging in the early morning hours was ridiculous! Seriously Monte Carlo? Woke up at 4 am because of freaking workers banging on crap. Horrible experience.

Terrible

Do not stay here. They don't clean the rooms. New design rooms are poorly designed

Great experience for the first time in Las Vegas. The construction wasn't an issue either.

Worst check in

This is second time we booked at Monte Carlo and it took 45 mins to reach us as 6th in line. Then the keys can't even open the hotel door. We had to come back to front desk to switch room. The pool is closed yet still charged $39 for resort fee which does not even cover parking which is another $10. First time we stayed at Monte Carlo, the check in also took like an hour to reach us with few people in front. Then it took a long time to complete as their computer was down. The staff manually check availability with each other from a piece of paper to ensure they didn't book the same room to different customers. Then they gave us wrong kind of room which prompted us coming back to the long line to change. We thought that was one time incident thus trying again this time. Clearly, Monte Carlo seems to make every effort to discourage customers from staying in their hotel.
