Check in process could have been nicer, the front desk do not appear to move with a sense of urgency. The side conversations between them are more important than helping guests waiting in line. Check in was stated to be 3pm but the room we had booked was not ready till almost 4pm. From the looks this was an issue across the board with multiple guests trying to check in. They gave us 1 voucher to the buffet but the reservation was for 3 people. It was like pulling teeth to get a second voucher. The the front desk making it seem like it was a big ask. Finally got check in made the first trip to the room before returning to the car to grab the remaining items got yelled at by security when i was returning with my hands full to show them my room key. Could have been nicer. But guess they didn’t notice me waiting in the lobby for over an hour. Again side conversations seems to take priority. The room was nice it was much smaller than expected. Would have been nice if there were some chairs on the balcony. The tv is a little outdated. The bathroom was nice but there did not appear to be a fan and lighting was not present in the shower/ tub. The tub was nice and deep with jets but the drain did not keep a good seal so water was constantly draining. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again just booked it expecting more.

The palms is definitely not as good as it used to be under maloof. The new management kinda sucks the casino floor is packed to the gills with machines no room to move around, Sad but true.

I will be definitely booking another trip to come back The property was very very clean and respectful only thing I wish was that it had extra toilet paper garbage bags I only had one garbage bag in the whole apartment for 3 days one roll of toilet tissue other than that this was an amazing stay and I can't wait to come back

The Perfect Vegas Escape Without the Chaos

I chose to stay at the Palms because it’s conveniently located off the Strip, which meant no extra parking fees which is a rare perk in Vegas. My suite felt more like a private, modern condo than a typical hotel room. It had been recently renovated, with sleek finishes, a clean and spacious layout, and even a private kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of the things I loved most was the peaceful vibe. There are no slot machines or gambling noise in the main lobby, giving the resort a calm, upscale atmosphere. But if I wanted to play, the casino was just steps away through a private tunnel conveniently close. The Palms also had enough great restaurants that I never had to leave the resort for a good meal. I played a few rounds of video roulette and had a great time. My wife worked comfortably from the suite, thanks to a dedicated desk and a beautiful view, while I stepped out to visit a family member in the hospital. Overall, I loved the feeling of being slightly removed from the chaos of the Strip while still having access to all the Las Vegas excitement. Between the comfort, modern amenities, and convenience, I’d absolutely stay at the Palms again.

Bad Stay

The bed was comfortable. That was the only good thing. Several lights were burned out including over the toilet which flashed on and off the whole time I was there. The jacuzzi tub did not work properly. The fridge was dirty with left over stuff from previous stay. The shower door seal leaked and every time I took a shower the floor got wet. I left one day early as I had enough. I emailed the person who sent me instructions with no reply. The front desk didn’t want to hear about any issues.
