The hotel is clean, nice, convenient and very reasonable in price. My only complaint is check-in, One clerk and a very very long line. The hotel should permit on-line check-in or hire more clerks.

Air conditioners in room are super loud, making it hard to sleep, bathrooms look filthy and like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Staff was very friendly though, so points for that. Property looks old and dilapadated.

First, the room was not as advertised. The room was dirty, and smelled. The bed was sinking in the middle. When I asked to be moved to a different room, they said ok. I asked if the room would be better, cleaner, and they said do you just want a refund. When expedia tried to get my refund, OYO denied it. So I'm having my bank get involved.

Where do I start!! First off it’s time to update the entire hotel the bathroom was dirty and out dated!! Charging a deposit fee when the hotel looks old af is crazy. Second there’s no bell hop so I had to carry my 55lb suitcase around until my flight.i will never stay here again

Te absolute worst experience ever! DO NOT STAY Here! Decided to stay here because we needed multiple rooms. And to save costs for some of our group. I rented 3 rooms for myself, my mother and her friend. Rooms were to each be about 200 for 3 days per room. But with room resort fees taxes that was a little over 1k. Plus the additional 900 deposit. (300/room) Another $$63 for parking for 3 days per vehicle. The hotel actually I'm calling it a motel... It was an absolute crap hole. They had to have attendants in the elevators because they were very unreliable and would get stuck. So someone sat there and pushed the button just in case.

It's a No-Goyo, with Oyo

Trip was amazing. 97% of the service was great! The staff (until just now) have been very friendly. However, the Rooms were very outdated, and didnt have a fridge or coffee pot. When we checked in we asked for a cot, 4 hours later i had to go ask for that cot again, we asked for extra pillows never got them. The toliet didn't flush correctly. The sink didn't drain. Then, the room next to us was screaming as loud as he could and slamming stuff around. We went to security and they gave us another room change. Almost all of the ice machines were broken, and the soda machines didn't accept cards when they have a card reader. At checkout today, my daughter forgot her phone at the hotel. I called multiple times to ask if they had her phone. They didnt answer. I ran into the hotel and asked if they had it. They said they gave the phone to security, I then said, also, i called multiple times and nobody answered the phone. The front desk got very rude with me and said the phone was with security.

The Hotel is old so do not expect the hotel to be in the best condition. Hooters can be better food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. But it’s a great location and in walking distance from the strip. If you are looking for a lavish hotel then look somewhere else.
