I stayed here about 6 weeks ago and still haven't received the $100 refundable security deposit. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone working there when I've called multiple times.

The room was clean other than we found a used coffee pouch in our coffee pot. Also found socks on the floor. The fridge did not work. And the toilet would not flush well from the get. It would fill almost to over full and then slowly drained. Then our last night it flushed and over filled. We called to get someone to come fix it and they never showed up. We only used the room to sleep and shower. Which is just fine. We were busy most of the time being there. We would stay again but will look at all things before we unpack. I will say the room was not fancy but was clean for the most part and we didnt need anything fancy. Just needed a bed and shower! So it served its purpose for us. If you are looking for fancy this is probably not the place for you! Most of the staff was very friendly. We had ran into a cleaning person and asked for a plunger and she was very rude and would not help us. She just told us to call housekeeping which we did and never got an answer or any help.

The room was very dirty, with black fuzz all over the sink and bed. Housekeeping also did not restock anything, so when I went to take a shower, I had no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. I also don’t like that there is no stair option to the lobby/casino.

First room was dirty had a dirty maxi pad right there in the floor went down and told them they changed me rooms and gave me a food voucher which was cool. Room was comfy and hotel was fun

The room itself was fine for an older hotel. It my expectations for a lower price point hotel room. Beds were made and the bathroom had some natural wear and tear all within reason. The big negative is I was charged twice for my room and all the hotel desk person could do was give her manager's business card (who wasnt around)and the Oyo corporate number. I call the Oyo corporate number and they say their systems are down. So now I'll probably have to call my credit card to decline the extra charge. There's definitely a disconnect between Expedia and the Oyo hotel as I should only have been charged the remainder of the cost as I had already been charged a partial payment before arriving. I probably will not ever stay at Oyo or use Expedia again.
