We checked in around 5 pm and they gave us a room but the room was dirty. We went back down to change rooms and when we went into the room, someone was already in there! We just canceled and left and there were other people saying they got dirty rooms

The room is too old, sink face is broken. The worse thing is the bad smell comes from the pipe of sink all day long. We do not have room cleaning the second day. I have to call room service to get some cleaned towels. I booked another room for my brother, he did not have any room service during his stay (three nights). I do not recommend this hotel.

This was a great property for going out. Close to the stadium. We were able to late checkout which let us gamble longer and hang out in the hotel. Overall 11/10.

I was not to happy the front dest girl was rude the room was not clean bed was not made trash was everywhere room stunk bathroom was not clean towels on the floor garbage in the trash cans carpets were filthy ended up not staying there cuz the girl was rude when we went back down had a hard time getting my money back and still have not received all of it back yet I do not recommend this hotel for anyone anybody that stays here takes a risk at getting bed bugs and other nasty diseases

The staff was friendly. Overall, the hotel was subpar. The bed was stiff and lacking any padding—I could feel the springs against my back. I got in at almost 1am and wanted to take a shower before bed. Didn't appear to be any hot water. Front desk informed me that I have to run the water for 30-45 minutes to get hot water. Pretty nuts. The ice machines on two floors were down. I had to go down to the first floor to chase down some ice. Again, the hotel was not awesome. The staff was great.

Pictures were a tad deceiving. Rooms are outdated, bathroom was janky, carpet was old and gave a "dirty feel". Only had to stay one night so we made it work, however anymore I would have left and paid for something else. Staff was nice, especially security!
