This place is run down and OLD !!! Resort fees for $55 a night but, no resort. Pool too cold to enter, no hooters restaurant but signs everywhere saying it was there. Just don't do it !!!

I stayed at this hotel last month in December. I never received my security deposit back, when I speaked to customer service they claimed they released it. I would recommend never staying at this hotel unless you want to be scammed out of your money. 👎 Awful.

It was dirty, not clean and the housekeeping phone line was not that respectful towards me, I don’t recommend anyone to stay hear but the lady at reception was nice and she gave us $50 coupon of food (to use to eat at the restaurant there) literally that’s the only reason I give it a 3 star, if it weren’t for her I’d give it a 2 star

The room did feel neglected. Disgusting and we had to bring our own Lysol wipes to disinfect. We had to flip the beds to check for bed bugs, thankfully there weren’t any but there were stains on the sheets. + when we first checked in, they had me sign something and didn’t let me read it and was persistent for me to sign. So we didn’t use any of the amenities bf I was scared of being charged extra. I called for housekeeping and they never showed up, we had to go down to ask for toilet paper. I’d like a partial refund at least.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; the hotel casino was well maintained although we never had any waitresses come by for drinks while we were gambling. The room was clean but a little outdated. The bathtub faucet wouldn't switch so that I could take a bath, it was stuck in the shower mode and was not cocked very well. The rooms could use some TLC and updating. Other than that, I had no issues at all. Good location right across the street from MGM grande hotel, and walking distance to most.

The staff were friendly, and the location was in the heart of vegas, but the place needs a hard reset. Only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to our room. In addition, the next door neighbor had the doors open and got robbed. I guess you get what you aid for.
