I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage with the hotel so I could check out the sites until it was time to check in. They were unable to do that with what seemed like a made-up reason. So I had to pay extra to check in early. On top of that I had to pay a resort fee which was as far I my memory serves not posted on the site. The door to my room wouldn’t close without a forceful push. A lamp was unplugged and there was a cricket on the wall.

When we arrived at 11.45pm our room was given to somebody else although it was paid for, and I sent a message and called to let them know that our flight arrives late at 10.45pm. They gave us a premier room without additional fee. Checking out there was no note on file and agent had to contact supervisor about upgrade who confirmed that there is no additional charge. The room was nice with great view. Hotel older but clean and good location. Close to strip. Only 2 of 3 elevators working. Hooters not there any more. They charged $100 for deposit, still not refunded after 6 days. Nobody to reachable by phone. Wished they would not have given our room away! We were tired after a long trip and did not expect to wait for a check-in solution!

The hotel was ghetto as hell and the room smelled like mildew from the moister from the bathroom because there is no ventillation. There are no windows to get fresh air. I won't be staying there again.

The room was absolutely not in good condition. I would actually have to say that the room was the worst part of the hotel. I gave 3 stars because the staff was very friendly, particularly the woman with all the Hello Kitty stayfd at her station. The room was bad. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned frim the previous guest. There was tape hanging from the cieling from what I imagine had been a party in the room. It wasn't even a subtle amount.it was obvious. There was what looked like boric acid around the perimeter of the carpet along one of the walls. It was either that or some kind of white mold. The bathroom was the worst of the experience. It was dingy! The tub looked filthy. The metal drain stopper was not connected in the tub and was sitting on the edge. It was extremely rusty. The drain itself was rusted out. The bathroom faucet was leaky and in disrepair. When you turned on the water it would leak out from underneath the base of the faucet. You couldn't really turn of the water unless you positioned the faucet handle just right. Finally the door to the room was off center. It was a bit of a struggle to open and close the door. It would stick to the base of the frame simehow. I cant imagine it was an isolated or unique experience because another woman we met on the elevator said her room was less than ideal. If I was 18 with very little money and I was just looking for a place in vegas to get drunk andcrash with my friends naybe I wouldn't care. But at 50! Nah

Ok. Ive stayed here a dozen times in the last 20 years, through 3 ownerships. Its quiet and sufficient. But come on. I had no hot water at 5 pm. Reported it. No hot water at 2 am. No hot water at 1030 am. So. I cold showered and moved on. At check out the employee was too busy on his phone tobeven acknowledge me. What happened here? Bye.

The toilet ran constantly. I had to remove cover after flushing to stop it from running. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was old and cracked. The bathroom overall was run down and gross. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. The resort fees were more than the price of the room and it’s not much of a resort. We go to Vegas often and we will never stay there again.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Prior to arrival, I was told the hotel would note our request for an early check-in at 11:00 AM due to an event we needed to attend. However, when we arrived, we were informed the hotel was sold out and that we could not check in until 4:00 PM. This completely defeated the purpose of requesting early check-in. We were told we would be called if anything opened up, but after waiting nearly four hours with no communication, my husband decided to call the front desk himself—only then were we told that a room was available. Once checked in, additional issues made the stay even more frustrating. The second elevator in the ocean view area was out of order, which resulted in long wait times for the single working elevator throughout our stay. The ice machine on our floor (4th floor) was also out of ice, as was the one on the 5th floor. We had to take the stairs up to the 6th floor just to get ice because waiting for the elevator was unreasonable. Lastly, the room itself was extremely outdated, which did not match expectations for the price or experience. Overall, the lack of communication, broken amenities, and dated rooms made this stay far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
