This hotel was wonderful. Clean, quiet and the room was large and comfortable. Staff was nice and efficient. We will defiantly stay here again.

The property was average. It was my miserable experience with you, Travelocity that made this a miserable stay. You screwed up my reservation and it took me over 2 hours to check-in. Your customer service was HORRIBLE BEYOND BELIEF. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE TRAVELOCITY TO BOOK ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!!! FURTHERMORE, YOU DID NIT FOLLOW-UP WITH ME ON THIS MATTER AS YOU SAID YOU WOULD.
