GORGEOUS Mid Century - Close to Strip - Golf - Views - Superhost Status - WOW

This 2,000 sq. ft Mid Century Modern ranch style home offers three bedrooms with abundant space and privacy between each room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, sofa bed and on suite bathroom. The additional two rooms are appointed with queen beds and one with a view of the pool and golf course. Located in between these two guest suites is a spacious bathroom with sunken in tub/shower. Twins Palms is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and an outdoor dining space to enjoy bbq or cocktails poolside. The outdoor living space has a conversation set, lounge chairs, and other seating areas as seen in the photos. Amenities include a garage with secure entrance into the home, large circular driveway, separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. If you must mix business and pleasure, you have the convenience of a portable computer desk as a workspace. The gorgeous floor to ceiling marble fireplace is centered as the heart of the home. We ask the fireplace to remain smoke free along with the rest of the house.

This is not a rental new listing. Owner has Superhost status on another popular vacation rental website that gets a majority of the rentals. Home is licensed for Short Term Rentals.

'Twin Palms Las Vegas' Is located in the historical district of Paradise Palms. The first master planned community in Las Vegas, designed by world renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer & Krisel, Paradise Palms was once home to Las Vegas headliner entertainers, casino executives and mobsters.

The home has a Smart TV equipped with SLING and other free TV Options + you could utilize your own Netflix, Prime Video, etc. We have provided two Bluetooth devices, one for indoor and one for poolside. 1 Gigibit WIFI (Fast).

If the shoe fits!

This was the perfect place for a recent stay for 3 adult male travelers attending a trade show. We hall had our own space, and the mid-century design was both interesting and pleasing to look at. The place had all the amenities we wanted for except TVs in each room. I would stay here again. It would be great for small families, or a group wanted to be off the stirp for some quiet at night.

Amazing MCM House & Neighborhood

The house was perfect, all of the charm of the Mid-Century Modern house remained with modern conveniences. Only 1.5 miles from the convention center was very convenient. The host was very attentive and checked on us mid-week just to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!!

Lisa and her husband were very good host , house is very clean and well decorated.,Aboundent supplies like:Shampoos ,conditioners and lotions are top quality.They have a lot towels for swimming. Location is perfect thee house backs to the golf club . Perfect view and great place to watch and listen to birds. If we come back to Las Vegas we will stay here. We highly recommend this property
