Aewsome hotel!

The Delano is a beautiful modern designed hotel. Sleek furniture in the rooms, and modern styling in the bathrooms. The two queen suite was also great due to the 1 1/2 baths. Made it perfect for our guys weekend in Vegas.

Nice hotel

Pros: out of mainstream Vegas
Cons: Conference area restrooms had an odor and so did the hallways. A stale foul odor.
Location: Enjoyed walkway and tram to the two other close hotels.
Clean, Spacious, comfortable, conference facilities adequate

Room not ready, but No "sorry"

Pros: Room rate is reasonable compared to room size.
Cons: Staff's attitude. All four staffs I contacted were horrible.
I reserved 2 Queen room and I arrived at 3:10pm. (Check-in time is 3pm.) The staff asked me if I really need two Queens, and I said yes. (Delano charges more for two Queen room than King room?) She said there's no room which is ready now, I have to wait a little and they would text me. She didn't say "sorry" for this inconvenience. I left my phone number and e-mail address. No text or email until it's 4:45pm. I returned to the front, and another staff gave me the room keys. I asked "why didn't I get the text or email? I waited more than 1:30hr." No "sorry" but she answered it's ready just now (how did she know it's just ready at the moment?) I told her you are charging resort fee and now I don't have much time to use pool, paying resort fee to wait outside with luggages more than 1 1/2 hours. She never said "sorry," instead, she replied, if you read the confirmation, check-in time is 3pm, but guaranteed time is 6pm. I asked for her manager. She said "sorry" reluctantly, but she wasn't sorry at all. When taking shower, I found that there's no shampoo, and had to call up the front to get some. At night there seemed to be a party in the room next to mine. It sounded like 5-10 gathered there shouting and screaming. I called the front and told the staff about this. She said she would send up the security, but didn't say "sorry." Security came and warned them and left. After 5 min, it's the same situation again, and I called again. They didn't answer the phone.

Pros: Large, clean, smoke free. You could be near all the normal Vegas things if you chose to, but you were far enough removed that it was pleasant.
Location: It's Vegas...Enough said
staff was friendly, professional and took care of any requests we had timely. Upon arrival we were offered a different room (regular king vs. king suite) and a food voucher. We were happy to take it and ended up on the 61st floor. I felt like we cheated the hotel by taking the "downgrade" and voucher. It was spectacular, and the room was large and so comfortable. Upon returning in the evening we found we had some neighbors that were louder (music/tv) than we were comfortable with. They sent security immediately and also changed our room.

Walls and doors are thin as paper

Facilities were nice but walls and doors were super thin. I could hear every word of every conversation in the hallway and the room next to me. One check in lady was friendly but very inefficient. Another was both. They did however handle my reservation well. They gave me a smaller room and to make up for it, gave me a 3pm checkout and waiver resort fees. The bummer was my room didn't have a mini fridge.

Noisy guests in the next room, unclean bath tub

Pros: one bedroom suite. smoke free no casino short check-in line
Cons: perfect cleaning without missing anything. noise insulation between rooms on the window side
Location: south end of the strip
I usually stay at this hotel when I visit Las Vegas. This is a nice hotel at the reasonable price. One bedroom suite is very nice with one and half bathrooms. This was my first time since they allow pets. Very noisy two couples stayed at the next room one night. Sound insulation is not bad in the hotel, but the problem came from the window side. Noise was transferred not through the wall (insulation) but I could hear all the noise from my room's window side. Another thing was the bath tub. My daughter took the bath, but the tub was not in perfect condition. So, she should clean it before using it.

Awesome hotel with the more worst service ever.

Made reservations here hoping to have a easy stay. I called over an hour in advance to see if I could check in early. Staff said it wasn't a problem. Once I got there I had to wait four hours...two of those hours past normal check in time (3pm). Hotel staff told they would call me once a room was available, I never got a call. I went to desk five times to get a update and they could only tell me they have to idea when or if a room will still be available. so after that I got a room, wasn't even the correct room I reserved. They quickly found another room and after that the stay was very good. Hotel was insanely clean and the quietest place I have ever stayed. I would stay here again if they could sort out there horrible check in process.
