I’ll start by saying that the unit has terrible lighting and there were light bulbs out with no replacements at all. Furniture was beat up a little bit and it wasn’t super clean by any means. I know there is not much you can do about weather but being as windy as it was they closed the pool on the palms place side. We went to the other pool at the palms hotel but was busy and very very loud. Not very relaxing. It would have been nice to have the private pool also so we could bring our own drinks down. The gym is a very nice facility. I was also not explained about housekeeping situation. I had to send an email and ask. Wasn’t even explained about the garbage Shute. Email did respond quickly though. I’d also say it’s a little more than walking distance to the strip. But oh well. Also smelled a lot of marijuana being smoked when walking the halls. It just really cheapened the whole experience for us.
