The place is not a 5 star hotel. Then again, if you expect it to be a 5 star hotel at the price you're paying, then you have issues. Overall, it's safe, clean, quiet, decent appearance all around, parking has never been an issue, the staff are actually friendly and helpful. It's off the strip for those who prefer it. You have gas stations, fast food, other casinos within miles.

Walking in the room wasn’t as clean as I expected it, the mirror was dirty and so was the sink and the bathroom. You pay for what you get, it is outdated. We called room service to tidy up and replace the sheets and towels and they only left them in a bag hanging on the door outside and obviously didn’t clean. The sink kept clogging. Air conditioning wasn’t reliable, the staff was nice and breakfast or lunch isn’t included.

I wasn’t able to use my reservation and I’m currently awaiting an answer in response to getting the money I spent booking the room credited back to me. The front desk attendant, a larger man whom had one day of his career at Arizona Charlie’s left made an executive decision that my temporary state id would not make the cut. This temporary id is a valid Utah state id and good for six months from the date printed. I often stay in hotels and this exact id has worked at numerous establishments. I had recently been a victim of a vehicle fire and couldn’t provide them with my old copy in hand but I did produce a picture I had on my phone of the id. This man’s decision was completely inconsiderate and incompetent. I was out of a hotel to stay in for the evening and possibly the bill for the nightly amount I had issued to the third party for the cost of the room. My state id came from the DMV and I have never had an issue prior to this. My fiance and I were sitting outside, trying to come up with a new plan and waiting for a ride share service to retrieve us. We were harassed by security stating that we couldn’t sit on the property in front of their electric box and was told we had 15 minutes longer to wait for our ride or we would need to exit the property. I’m unsure why we would be treated in such a foul way?! These people are IDIOTS and this establishment needs some help!

If you're reading this, TRUST & BELIEVE that EVERY 10/10 rating is FAKE!!! There is NOT a 10/10 on Boulder Hwy.! This place is a 3 on a good day. New manager... A trump university drop out, for sure. Spend the extra $20 and go elsewhere! Your blood pressure will thank you..

I did not like anything about the property.I asked for smoke free due to asmatic child accompanying me.I was charged me even though I dis not stay at the hotel. The worse was that Juan who was identified as the directior of housekeeping has not returned my call. There were no managers or supervisors available the multiple times going to the front desk.I was offered a second room and the conditions were worse. Expediaa was also called and they said I would only get part of the money for the stay back even though I didnt stay at the hotel.
