It's close to the Strip and easy to get to with a secured parking lot (guarded entry). The condo was pretty clean, but older. Lots of smokers on balconies around the condo, so there is a smoky smell around the area. But it is a nice place to stay overall.

The host is great to work with and quick to respond. The place was super close to the strip, freeway and airport. It had all that you need for your stay. Three big bedrooms each had a tv, comfy beds, extra pillows and blankets, and fans for those that need white noise or extra air flow for sleeping. Nice and clean (unlike other family members experience in another unit in the complex). Could use a few more dish clothes/towels (only one tea towel) and maybe a little bit of TLC (broken / loose floor tiles), and the microwave and dishwasher were a little old. Outside of that I had no complaints. It was nice to come back and relax after long days at the drags. Definitely recommend staying here and would consider it again myself next time I’m there.

Amazing host, amazing place, amazing experience in Vegas. This place was way cheaper than hotels and you get the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We didn't have a car while staying, but we could easily walk to Walgreens and restaurants in 5-10 minutes. Walked to the flamingo (center strip) in 30 minutes. Ride sharing is readily available this if you're not a walker. Plus taxis are everywhere. The condo has a little balcony to sit on outside and is spacious inside. There's cable if you're gonna hang out there. The washer and dryer inside the unit was super convenient. The gate has a security person at all times, so it felt very safe. The host was a quick to answer questions by message in the app. He was an excellent communicator too. Before arriving, we had all the information we needed to get in and access everything. I definitely would stay here again if I came back to Vegas.

Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well.

EDC weekend

Everything about this place was convenient. We stayed for EDC weekends. Matt did not price gauge this place at all. He did not cancel on us, and made it very easy to check in. I do wish it wasn’t on the third floor, but that’s me being overly exhausted from our weekend. The place has a balcony, 2 pools, a gym , and a spa. Matt is very generous with ensuring all the we were informed of all the amenities this place comes with. Thank you!

The property was very nice. Everything was as advertised. The unit is on the 3rd floor which the owner told us about, but I did not find the stairs difficult. A very nice place to chill out in.

Decent place for the cost

Decent place for the price. Tile flooring needs repairs or replaced. Smoke detector battery was low and beeping. But the stay was good for our short trip.

Aged condo in apartment complex 30 min walk from Strip

The condo was part of a large complex which also offers a gym and a small communal pool. The larger pool was closed due to improper maintenance during our stay. Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip) is more than "a stone's throw"away, you need at least 30 minutes on foot. The flat is large but dated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was loud and not very effective, the fittings in the bathrooms were loose, as were some of the floor tiles. The kitchen barely has enough glasses, the equipment is poor compared to other accommodation in this price category. The communication was not very smooth. We only received the check-in information the night before (when we went through the Fewo Direkt support line) because the host did not respond to messages beforehand. The location is good, everything can be reached quickly by car (parking is free within the complex, but expensive in the city). The apartment complex is old but nice.

Awesome!!

The location is a 5 min ride from the Vegas strip, everything was super accessible in terms of things to do, shopping locations, swimming at the two pools available, etc. We got there right for 3pm and everything was clean! Check in was smooth, no concerns!

Not safe for kids

You get what you pay for. The place is falling apart and not safe for babies - like, AT ALL! It was a safe place for us to sleep. Don't count on using the wi-fi. The signal wasn't even strong enough to use any streaming services on the tv.

Great location! We walked to the 24 hour Walgreens for drinks & snacks. We walked to the Rio, twice! We saw Penn & Teller make an elegant disappear and had a $$ breakfast. Friends drove us the the Strip to explore at see a concert. It was nice to get back to a quiet place after Vegas sensory overload.

Great place but needs a deep cleaning and some repairs and better mattresses

It was easy to book, check in, communication was excellent. The place could rent for double if the tile floors were fixed, and it had better kitchen appliances and mattresses. The kitchen also had lots of crumbs in drawers, and drawer below the oven. We ended up buyimg storage containers and cups because there weren't any. I'd stay there again, but I'd be more prepared next time with basic cooking tools and paper plates. Needs a different cleaning team between guests. The laundry was older but worked great!!

This property is in dire need of attention. Broken floor tiles, mold and filth around the bathroom vents. Pee stains on the mattress covers.

Excellent Condo!

Keurig, Normal coffee pot, cold a/c, and one of the best showers I've ever had! It was like standing under a hot waterfall! We walked everywhere, safe sidewalks over the highway to the strip - maybe 1/2 mile or so to Caesars.
