"Everything was very good, the front desk, the servers, but then it fell short. There were seaman stains on the bed post that I asked them clean. The housekeepers told the front desk they did clean it and our room. They did not, so the manager went to check and sure enough, the room still had the seaman stain on the headboard and nothing but the garbage was dumped. Nothing was touched. So we had to leave the room so housekeeping could finally get the job done"

"It was one of the most beautiful homes and property we’ve ever experienced. It was literally magical! My one suggestion would be to replace the bed pillows. They were very uncomfortable, flat and hard, and also the amazing kitchen had one dish rag, and one dish towel. Thank you so much, Carin and Dean. Your communication was on point and prompt. I have extended family in Minnesota and was treated to many of the gorgeous parks and museums."
