"Close to beach was very convenient especially when you have kids. The staff didn't help my daughter to carry the stuff to the room even when she asked. Hard to work with TV,very complicated for me. The rest was very good."

"Legoland Hotel is the one place to stay when you want to go to Legoland. Just steps outside to Legoland, its is conveniently located. The rooms are standard size. When you walk in, the kids bunk room is at the entrance to the room. The bathroom separates the adult space from kids space. TVs in both bunk space and in adult space. Nice decor throughout the room. Lego on the walls, floor of various sizes. There is a sign stating the Lego value if taken from room. Small refrigerator, big enough for your drinks to keep chilled. We had leftovers from dinner that we kept in the frig so we could take it home the next day. Central air/heat. I had an issue with the thermostat trying to adjust, I was able to turn off air and add heat. Nice sized bathroom. One sink, large counter for his/her toiletries. Large mirror too. Barn door for bathroom, pulled shut, gap appears, not so private. Big tub, I took a bath and great water pressure to partially fill the tub, hard to pull the drain to empty the tub. The shower option was not great with low water pressure. Lots of things for kids to see, hear: disco in elevators FUN! Disco hour with colorful floor, lights. Huge Lego all throughout hotel entrance outside and inside. Many Lego in Bricks restaurant for all to see/admire. Nice buffet, many standard choices, we had a snafu w/eggs but resolved within an hour. Several Lego characters were greetable. Great food in the bar too. Salmon was EXCELLENT. Great family hotel."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The hotel is on the smaller side, but that’s what made it nice. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. The rooms could use some TLC, but all in all the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. We were in the kitchenette king suite, which allowed us to fix some meals in the room. That saved us from going out every for every meal. There are washer and dryers on site and they work well. 30 minutes to wash and about an hour on the dry. The dryer runs very hot, so if you have 2 loads to wash, you can do a single dry for both loads. There is a $200 cash deposit you will need to make upon check in, but it was refunded promptly upon check out."
