Room was really nice, staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Bathroom was so nice! Gorgeous walk in shower, and everything was spotless! It is a great location, I would stay here again!

Room was great. Was a bit too hot in the room for me, a fan was provided, though I would have preferred AC cooling. Very clean, well supplied. Receptionist was lovely, helpful, and knowledgable.

We got the suite, it was spacious. Breakfast not bad. Hotel is in close proximity to train station. Pretty easy to go any cities from there. Only 2 train stops from Lucern train station. Hotel close to a few restaurants in the neighborhood. Location is great.
