I stayed there for the first time back in feb and we had such a great time we had booked another trip before the 1st was over. Sane thing during this stay we have already booled another stay. The hotel is in a great area and perfect traveling with ny sm dog

We have stayed here before and found it to be fine. This time was also fine except that part of the place was being remodeled so everything was a mess. We were not notified about this until just before our check-in time. The place should be closed down during remodeling or a discount given for the inconvenience it caused.

We booked a room because our friends were booking a room there. Our friends arrived before us, and found the room to have dead bugs in the floor, Bedbug stains on the bed, and dried urine on the toilet. When we arrived, we asked to cancel our reservation. I didn’t want to be charged as a no-show but the front desk lady would not let us check in. She was very rude and yelled at me saying I’d never even seen the room even though our friends had similar rooms with all the same issues. I tried calling regarding the cancellation policy.. the property manager MJ yelled at me and refused to send me any information saying I never even saw the room and hung up on me. Very poor management and very unfriendly service. Do not book here!

The building definitely needs a bit updating. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom didn't have a fan. You can't beat the location though. We stayed there for a few nights in May, 2024, and were able to easily come and go from the hotel to downtown Gatlinburg without driving. The hotel has parking underneath. Staff were friendly in the lobby.

Nice place but staff could be more helpful.

Stay was a quick weekend trip. Hotel was very convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly but not overly friendly. Nothing was explained to use where anything was or what to do if we needed anything. Rooms were clean and ready. Did say anything about me being charged and I signed nothing when I checked out.

We reserved a double queen according to Hotels.com wording, but got a one queen bed very small room. I was told website was wrong. The motel could use some updating and upgrading.

The lady at the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. It did not smell bad and was always clean. It’s an older property and doesn’t seem to have been renovated so there is wear and tear. It is not luxurious by any means. The breakfast area is small and gets congested during high season but if you want to be in the middle of all of the downtown Gatlinburg attractions, you can’t beat this location. It definitely saves you from fighting the traffic and finding/paying for parking.
