Just back on the market after a new coat of paint and an updated bathroom, this modern quiet home is in the heart of West Knoxville, one of the most desirable and safe areas in Knoxville. Conveniently located within minutes of I-40 and in close proximity to ALL area hospitals, West Town Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, great restaurants Starbucks, and MORE! It is a quick 15 minutes to downtown.

This rental unit is ideal for business travelers or couples who are relocating. It is also great for Travel Nurses, corporate bookings & those in transition. Very safe neighborhood.

The home has 2 well-appointed bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 full bathroom situated outside of the bedrooms to provide easy access if both rooms are occupied. The living area and kitchen are open concept and completely furnished. The kitchen table collapses into the wall to add more space when not in use. If you work from home, you can use this table as a desk or use the kitchen island as a working space also.
