"Amenities (fireplace) not working. Microwave sparkling and making loud noise, door wouldn’t stay closed, pool and spa really need some cosmetic help, especially if they are the main selling point of renting the room. Bathroom shower had no pressure, the valves were l bad making it difficult to get the water at a good temperature. Also wouldn’t drain well. Staff were amazing and helpful."

"The hot breakfast was misleading, there was sand piled up against the trim in the bathroom, our fridge did not work or close and someone’s half drank Pepsi was left inside of it, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear every neighbor talk/shower/flush etc. The staff were nice but for over $250 a night we were disappointed "
