The pool area needed a good scrubbing. 1 of the ice machines was broken, amd so was the sauna. My biggest issue that even if you ask for housekeeping. It doesn't happen. We stayed 4 nights. Had to go ask for fresh towels, taking down our used one. And not once was the trash taken out. If we wanted it to be taken out we had to take it down ourselves. I'm sorry, but if I wanted to do chores, I would have stayed home. We were on vacation. Which brings me to another point, pretty sure people just live there. Whoever was in the room above is was walking around all night long. Our rooms door also did not have a good seel, the light from the hall shown through all night long. I can name so many other issues. But at the end of the day, I picked this place for the family suit, my daughters had space of their own, and were able to go to bed at their normal times. Even so, we won't be staying there again. "
