Very nice staff with easy check-in. Nice room and convenient location. All was great except for one little thing. The faucet in the bathroom sink was so hard to turn on that we thought it was broken. We did have someone come up to let us know that it was just corroded enough to make it difficult. Hopefully it has been fixed by now.

Room parking in alley. Room right next to trash dumpsters. Excessive traffic noise. Shower faucet very loose and only gave scalding hot or cold water. Suite has kitchen but no paper or hand towels. Disappointed!

This has been our go to for years. Good free breakfast, confy beds, fans in room, hot tub....but this time was the first time it was off. The rugs and floors in the common area were dirty, elevator buttons were gross, our tv didnt work (thx to staff that tried) the bed was not a soft pillow top, hair in shower. Wow too bad, very disappointing.

The rooms were as expected, quite basic, AC isn’t available, but fans are provided. The room had a fireplace, but we didn’t consider the prevailing temperatures at that time. But the provision of free breakfast was very welcome.

The staff was nice. The room was older but okay . It was a basic roombut clean. The breakfast was not very good. Very limited options ( just plain bagels, no pastries or bread) and no fresh fruit. The flies in the breakfast area wasn't good as well.

Unfortunately, I won't stay here again as the beds were really uncomfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on a haystack. Our beds also had cracker crumbs in the sheets. The rooms with a City View are just a view of the parking lot and you can hear traffic all night. And the ice machine was broken. However, the staff is kind. The rooms are spacious.
