My family and I which consisted of 5 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. There was room for all of us as far as beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, space to do whatever you wanted, an amazing kitchen and many more features to rave about. The neighborhood was quiet, not a lot of traffic, close to the beach area (a short drive), good shopping around town and a wonderful place to relax. We were able to hire a guide and go fishing and we each caught a salmon we could keep. We hope to return in the near future for another outstanding family adventure.

Nice, tidy, and open space. Great location for a weekend getaway. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood with nearby playground and a dedicated gravel path shortcut to the beach.Seaview from third floor. Hot tub on lowest level. Quiet hours after 9pm. We had 7 adults, 3 kids, one toddler, one senior pug. I am not sure how 13 adults would fit without bringing additional air mattresses, but there's enough floor space to allow for air mattresses. Couch beds aren't very comfortable, but must be counted as bed options. I slept in one of bunk beds and some of my sheets smelt of mildew (possibly not getting dried in timely fashion) - nothing some scented mist spray couldn't remedy.Refrigerator ice dispenser gets plugged easily, so stick to cubed ice. Door to upper deck (patio and outdoor grill) does open, but a bit complicated to close all the way and lock (required technique). There's a lot of moisture (dew?) on outdoor cushions, railing, patio surfaces (ground included) all morning until heat of day, so wear appropriate footwear (eg. slippers with waterproof soles) and use extra towels to collect moisture. Lower level to 2nd/main front door floor are carpeted, while main to upper kitchen/living (3rd floor) are hard wood and slightly steep (has railing). Would be difficult for seniors, kids running in socks, and most pets (pretty slippery). I carried my senior pup up and down stairs. Noted a build up of dog hair overlooked in one closet (entry floor) from a previous customer
