"The hotel has severely gone down hill. Extremely hot and zero air conditioning. You could see the outside thru the top and bottom of the warped door. No pool or hot tub, they are possibly redoing it. The room never got cleaned. No breakfast. I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable at least. ..."

"The early check in 2 and a half hours earl1y was great. The 3pm late checkout for $55 was also a great option to add. We had a great time fishing on the private dock. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony w a great view of the historic Yaquina Bay w all the boats sailing. It was an incredible experience. I hVe stayed aT This resort for about 10 times now and each time is always an Excellent and incredible experience. Wonderful staff."

"Beach-front hotel offers a variety of different rooms. We had a two-level room this time, and previously had gotten a single level room. We know now that we need to specify a single level room in the future. The parking lot can be very tight to navigate, and you must hand-carry or tote your luggage in a large garden cart to your room. The rooms are very nice and homey, with a view of the ocean and easy access to tidepools if you don't mind wading through a small stream."
